Use of the App
These Terms govern access to and use of AR Trace Sketch. By using the app, users agree to follow these Terms and applicable laws.
Accounts and User Content
AR Trace Sketch does not require account creation or sign-in. All projects, reference images, and captured collages are stored locally on your device only.
Free Tier and Pro Subscription
Free accounts can keep up to 3 active trace projects and capture one before/after comparison photo per install. AR Trace Pro removes these limits and unlocks grayscale and edge/contour guide modes, unlimited before/after captures, and the progress gallery. Subscriptions (AR Trace Pro) auto-renew until cancelled and are billed through your App Store or Google Play account; manage or cancel them from your store account settings at any time.
Acceptable Use
Users may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, violate rights, upload unlawful content, or use the app in a way that could harm others.
Availability and Changes
The app may change over time, including free-tier limits and Pro features, to improve the product, meet store requirements, or address operational needs.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for backing up any traces or images you want to keep, since all content is stored locally on your device only. Liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.
