How SyncStore handles account data, Google Sign-In, store integrations, credentials, and store operation records.

Last updated: June 1, 2026

1. Overview

SyncStore helps mobile app teams manage App Store Connect and Google Play Console operations from one workspace. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

This policy is provided for product transparency and launch readiness. It should be reviewed with legal counsel before being treated as final legal advice.

2. Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, profile image, authentication provider, email verification status, session data, and workspace membership information.

Workspace information: organization name, workspace slug, team membership, plan, billing identifiers, usage counters, onboarding status, and activity logs.

Store operation information: app names, bundle identifiers, store type, app icons, ratings, reviews, listings, screenshots, changelogs, versions, builds, localizations, update workspace drafts, diffs, operation statuses, and sync history.

Integration information: encrypted App Store Connect and Google Play Console credential data that you provide so SyncStore can perform store operations on your behalf.

Contact and support information: details you submit through contact, billing, or support forms.

3. Google Sign-In and Google data

If you sign in with Google, SyncStore receives basic profile information from Google, such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. We use this to create or access your SyncStore account, verify your identity, and create your initial workspace when needed.

Google Sign-In is separate from Google Play Console integration. Connecting Google Play Console requires service account credentials that you explicitly provide inside SyncStore.

SyncStore uses Google Play Console API access only to provide requested product functionality such as discovering apps, syncing app metadata, managing listings, screenshots, changelogs, reviews, versions, and other store operations you initiate or configure.

4. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, create and manage workspaces, connect store accounts, import and link apps, sync store data, prepare update workspaces, apply store changes, display operation progress, provide billing and plan limits, maintain audit logs, and improve product reliability.

We may use aggregated or anonymized operational data to understand product usage, diagnose failures, and improve SyncStore, but we do not sell personal information.

5. Store credentials and security

Store credentials are used to communicate with App Store Connect and Google Play Console for the operations you request. Credentials are intended to be encrypted at rest and are not shown back to users after saving.

You are responsible for granting only the store permissions needed for your SyncStore workflows and for revoking access from Apple or Google if you no longer want SyncStore to access a store account.

6. Sharing and processors

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate SyncStore, such as hosting, database, email delivery, authentication, billing, logging, and analytics providers.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect SyncStore and its users, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

7. Data retention

We retain account, workspace, activity, and store operation data while your account or workspace remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for security, audit, billing, backup, or legal purposes.

You may request deletion of your account or workspace data by contacting [email protected]. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary for legitimate business records.

8. Your choices

You can choose not to connect store integrations, disconnect credentials, revoke API access directly from Apple or Google, update your account information, or contact us to request account deletion.

If you use Google Sign-In, you can also manage app access from your Google Account security settings.

9. Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or SyncStore data practices, contact us at [email protected].
