Terms of Service
The terms for using SyncStore to centralize app store operations, store integrations, update workspaces, and billing.
Last updated: June 1, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SyncStore, a software service for managing App Store Connect and Google Play Console operations from one workspace.
By creating an account, signing in, connecting a store integration, or using SyncStore, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are a launch-ready product draft and should be reviewed with legal counsel before final publication.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding agreement and use SyncStore in compliance with applicable laws, Apple App Store Connect terms, Google Play Console terms, and any policies that apply to your apps.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, workspace access, and connected store credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or workspace.
3. Store integrations
SyncStore acts as an operational layer for App Store Connect and Google Play Console. When you connect store credentials, you authorize SyncStore to access and perform supported store operations on your behalf.
You remain responsible for your apps, store accounts, app content, metadata, screenshots, releases, reviews, compliance obligations, and any changes submitted to Apple or Google through SyncStore.
SyncStore does not upload app binaries, APKs, AABs, or IPAs. Binary uploads and build attachment remain inside the store consoles unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product.
4. User content and store data
You retain ownership of the app metadata, screenshots, release notes, reviews, localization content, and other materials you provide or sync into SyncStore.
You grant SyncStore permission to host, process, transform, transmit, and display this content as needed to provide the service and perform the operations you request.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use SyncStore to violate laws, infringe rights, abuse third-party APIs, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service reliability, reverse engineer the service, or upload malicious content.
You must only connect store accounts and apps that you are authorized to manage.
6. Plans, limits, and billing
SyncStore may offer free and paid plans with usage limits, feature limits, billing periods, and subscription terms shown in the product or checkout flow.
Paid plan billing, renewals, cancellations, trials, discounts, and taxes may be handled by our payment provider. Plan access may change if payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, or usage exceeds the limits of the selected plan.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep SyncStore reliable, but the service depends partly on third-party APIs, infrastructure, and store availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including features, limits, and integrations, where needed for product, security, legal, or operational reasons.
8. Disclaimers
SyncStore is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Store writes can be affected by Apple or Google API limitations, review states, permissions, rate limits, build availability, and store-side validation rules. SyncStore will try to surface operation status, but you remain responsible for verifying critical store submissions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncStore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, app rejection, store account action, or business interruption.
10. Termination
You may stop using SyncStore at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or use SyncStore in a way that could violate third-party store policies.
